What you actually get
A strand test first
Not every head of hair should be rebonded on the first visit. We check how yours behaves before we commit the whole head to it.
Section by section
Worked in sections from the nape up, so the crown and the front hairline get the same treatment as the back.
Length and density, told straight
Hair past the shoulder blades and very thick hair take more product and more time. You are told which band you are in before we start.
Aftercare, told to your face
When to wash it, which shampoo to use, and what not to do in the first week, explained at the chair, not left on a leaflet.
Booking
What it comes to depends on hair thickness, length and how much of the head is being done. Send a photo of your hair, dry and unstyled, and we tell you before you book, or at the chair, before any product is opened.

How the booking works
Message first
Send a photo of your hair, dry and unstyled, and say when you want it done. We reply with a slot and roughly how long to set aside.
Strand test
At the salon, a small section is tested. If your hair is not a good candidate yet, we say so and offer what will help instead.
The sitting
Sectioned application, then pressing and finishing. This is the long part , so do not book it into a lunch break.
Aftercare
Wash timing, shampoo type and heat rules explained before you leave. Straight hair that is looked after keeps its shape far longer.

How do I find out what rebonding will come to?
Send a photo of your hair, dry and unstyled, and say how long it is. Thickness and length decide it, so we quote from your own hair rather than a flat figure, and confirm at the chair before we begin.
Will rebonding make my hair look flat and thin?
That is the usual complaint about rushed work. We keep the hair's weight and work in sections so it falls straight without going limp at the root.
How long does the sitting take?
Long enough that you should not plan anything else for the day. Message us with your hair length and we will tell you what to set aside.
Is the salon ladies only?
Yes. Private, all-female staff, ladies only since 1997.
